Our care packages have required adjustments due to rising costs and product availability. We are actively working to modify our care packages as we are a donation-based organization receiving donations from fundraising efforts and kind individuals like you. Package FAQS
- Qualifications: The recipient must be actively in treatment OR scheduled to begin soon. If they are a recent package recipient within the past 12 months, they will not be eligible for another at this time. We are pleased to offer the option to send a card on your behalf.
- How to Get a Package: Please click button below to fill out our questionnaire.
- Turn Around Time: 1-5 business days.
- Cost: The care package comes with a zero-dollar price tag, but we do ask for a donation to cover the cost of s/h!
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double check the address you've given. A small donation will be required to process another order.
